I make running an online store feel quiet.

I've been working remotely with founders and small businesses since 2017 — managing campaigns, customer communication, supplier coordination and the long tail of admin that keeps a store running. I have a Master of Arts in Education and a deep love for systems, checklists and tidy spreadsheets.
